Risk Declarations

This is to inform our valued clients of the following information:

1. For orders that include designer items, once the purchased merchandise has been handed for shipping to the courier company and a tracking number has been provided for the package, Nogard Global will not be held liable for the safety of the goods. Upon payment through check out, the customers will be responsible for all the risks that the designer items might experience throughout the shipping process. This includes but is not limited to products being lost, mishandled, or seized by customs inspections.

2. As for the rest of our available items, Nogard Global will compensate you with a 20% discount for your next order; provided it is of the same category and same price as your previous order.

3. SIZE—All of our available footwear items follow the standard Euro sizing. Once your order has been confirmed and received, Nogard Global will not take any form of responsibility for all issues regarding the sizing of our item/s. In case you really need to change the size of your purchased item, please mail the wrong size goods to our address at your own cost.

Note: The customer will have to pay the total amount of shipping fee for the right size of the item/s from the factory.

4. QUALITY—All of our available items are produced with quality that is reasonable for the prices that the customer has paid. Cancellation of orders may be allowed, given that terms and conditions are applied, according to the existing policy of Nogard Global. Our customers also have the choice to upgrade the quality of the products they purchase to either ORIGINAL or AUTHENTIC QUALITY. However, they have to pay the total amount needed to upgrade the product quality before the shipment of products has been confirmed by Nogard Global. Furthermore, once all orders have been confirmed by the customer, Nogard Global will not be held liable in any way for mistakes that may occur unless it was proven to be company negligence.

Delivery Time Frame

1. Order processing takes 3-5 days.

2. Your order’s tracking number will be available within the next 7-10 days; 7-15 days for Promotional Bags.

3. Delivery period may take 7-15 days. However, the actual delivery time frame remains dependent on the availability of flights for shipping couriers. You can check the progress of your order using the tracking number provided.

*Please note that the stated dates above are only estimated. Your tracking numbers and/or packages may arrive earlier than expected.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Transaction Fees, a specific charge that Nogard Global has to pay for each customer’s electronic payment processing, will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. This fee is computed within the total amount of every checkout.

2. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount, after charges, for order cancellations requested within 2 days following the confirmation of payment.

3. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount, after charges, for order cancellations requested within 5 days following the confirmation of payment.

4. For orders that were already shipped upon cancellation request, the customer will not be eligible for any form of refund.

Return Policy

1. All goods subject for return should be sent back within 7 days from the day it was delivered.

2. The original packaging of the merchandise as it was received should remain entirely intact and free from distortion as to not affect the reselling of the item/s.

3. The Receiver is required to sign the return package to reduce the chances of lost and/or stolen item/s during shipping.

4. Nogard Global will only begin the processing of the refund upon receipt of the returned package. Note that all returned goods are still subject to the approval of refund request depending on the following factors: a) package must be complete, b) package must be in good condition as to not affect the reselling of the item/s, and c) package must be in original packaging.

5. A note indicating the following information is also a must for all return packages:

  • Order Group
  • Reason for Return
  • Returning Quantity

Return Policy for AirPods

1. AirPods Pro

Malfunctioning AirPods Pro, directly reported to Nogard Global within 14 days of receipt, will be subject to replacement.

No refund request for AirPods Pro purchased through Nogard Global will be granted. 

2. AirPods Gen2 UA

Only malfunctioning AirPods Gen2 UA, directly reported to Nogard Global within 14 days of receipt, will be subject to replacement. However, AirPods Gen2 UA orders exceeding 90 days can be subject to repair in our warehouse.

No refund request for AirPods Pro purchased through Nogard Global will be granted. 

3. AirPods Gen2 1:1

No aftersales service and no refund request for AirPods Gen2 1:1 purchased through Nogard Global will be granted.

Apple Watch Policy

1. No refund requests for Apple Watches purchased through Nogard Global will be granted.

2. Apple Watches cannot be subject to replacement. However, repair requests in our warehouse may be available upon request. Terms and conditions apply.

3. Only Apple Watches that have functional defects and are returned for repairing purposes within 14 days will be accepted. Nogard Global will not be liable for any defect or issue on the Apple Watches purchased through our website after 14 days.

CHANGING OF ADDRESS POLICY.
1.) Changing of address once the package has been shipped is not prohibited but additional fees must be paid by the receivers. Failed to do so, may affect the relationship between the company and the customer.
